the shower and sink drains of amzon and agnes were clogged. they said the drains have been very slow for quite some time but now it is fully clogged. i traced the clog to the elbow just before it drops to the septic tank. it was clogged with hardened grease, similar to the kitchen sink clog of lahug. the snake would pass through and water would recede but it will get clogged again. this is expected because the snake only created a small hole in the clog and and as the water flows it will bring more grease sediments that would clog the small hole again. so once the water recedes, pour half bottle (1/4 liter) of eagle declogger in the clean out. wait 10 minutes then test it by pouring a pail of water in the clean out. if no water comes out of the hole that i drilled after dumping that much water, that means it's thoroughly declogged. else repeat. i taught agness to do this. i just covered the hole i drilled with duct tape so it's easy for them to declog later. now all their sinks and shower drains very fast.
the septic tank water level is almost full. they said the last time papa had the septic tank evacuated was 4 months ago. this is expected because there is no drain outlet. they told me one time papa had the septic tank cleaned and after 2 days it became full with water again i asked if there was a heavy rain and if there was a flood they said yes. i then asked if the holes going to the septic tank were covered. they said they just put wood over it and it got removed by the flood. so that explains it. i told them for now put a rock over the cover.
i will try to have the septic tank evacuated again before i leave. this way i can also inspect the feasibility of creating a drain outlet going to the main drainage the munoz created. i need to know how or where to insert the drain outlet.
update 11/27/19:
good news. turns out there is no need to dig a canal and install a drain pipe all the way to the imburnal of munoz. i had the septic pumped (P3,500) because it was full and to find out where is the best location to insert the drain outlet when i noticed the water in the canal beside the septic tank also subsided. i remember we were arguing with tita georgia that the water in this canal does not come from our septic tank. the water from this canal was causing the sewage puddle where the garage of the main house used to be. but the problem was fixed by declogging the old imburnal that ran all the way to v rama. so now i am hoping the water in the canal comes from our septic tank because that means it already has a drain outlet. so i stuck a pole to verify and as you can see in the picture it came out of our septic tank. the photo on the right is the drain inlet in the canal beside our septic tank that goes to the old imburnal that connects to the v rama main drain.

the drain was clogged again. this time the clog was around the T coupling so my previous instructions to the tenants did not work. i cut a rectangular hole with an angle grinder and saw the entire pipe was clogged with hardened grease. to soften it up i poured black acid declogger. i let my assistant kulkug it with a hose with water running. huge chunks of hardened grease were coming out on both ends.i then put duct tape over the hole.
but then the drain would leak because the previous plumber did not insert the pipe into the coupling and instead just applied sealant around it. so when i poured the acid declogger it melted the sealant. although i understood why he did this - the assembly was fixed on both ends and it's very hard to bend a 3" pvc. there are 4 possible solutions here:
1) use a 3" compression coupling. the hardware store nearby did not carry it. i'm not really sure if there is a compression coupling this huge.
2) cut a 3" coupling in half lengthwise. use epoxy to clamp it at the bottom.
3) use two 3" couplings. cut a pvc pipe length such that both ends would only go halfway through the coupling. smudge the insides of the coupling with motor and sand paper both ends of the pvc pipe so it easily moves in and out of the coupling. insert one end fully then line up the other end then insert it halfway through.
4) this is the option i used. i converted the assembly into 2" so it can bend and fully insert inside the couplings.
when i tested it, water was leaking from under the floor of the house. the reason is the connection was very weak as you can see in the upper right photo. good thing my hands can fit the hole and reach it enough to install a coupling. instead of applying a solvent or pipe cement, i just held it with a wire tied to a hook (used anchors).
